Great results followed but still Tiz lost motivation…
I started your routine right away and within a few weeks I noticed changes, I call it the automatic butt lift. However, I was impatient and once more I gave up on it and went back to my old habits, especially the eating ones.
Unfortunately like many of us (myself especially) maintaining a consistent cellulite reduction routine does not come easily.
Personally I think the problem is I set off at a sprint, doing way to much work. Basically I set myself an unsustainable pace.
These exercise really do work and though visible results will take longer if you only do the exercises twice a week it that’s all you can do just stick with it.
Other women have also succeeded by starting fast with a demanding symulast regime and then cutting right back to as little as once a week to ‘maintain’ their cellulite free condition.
Anyway back to Tiz…
Finally in August of 2013 I decided that enough was enough. I realized that the older I have gotten the harder it has become for me to control my body and mind.
I did not want to get to my mother’s age and look back at the opportunity I missed due to lack of discipline and commitment.
I started eating healthier and doing the method 2 times a week. I also incorporated a little cardio in the mornings. I personally dislike cardio, so I decided to do your simpler recommendation of cardio.
Notice Tiz choose only twice a week but supplemented with Joey ‘light’ cardio routine (two cardio variations are included specifically aimed at Cellulite reduction).
Tiz uses a 12 inch step and does 25 – 30 minutes every morning. The other fact from Tiz’s experience is that though she now also enjoys weight training sessions these have zero impact on her cellulite!
I have a 12 inch step and I do steps on it for 25-30 minutes in the mornings. I cannot tell you how quickly my body changed, and my cellulite started to fade away.
I have also being weight lifting, but regardless of my intense weight workouts, my cellulite only improves quickly with your unique program.
Tiz concludes that though she still retains some cellulite, the next three months should see the back of it.
Also though Tiz enjoys other exercise now she has determined that symulast exercises will always be her staple exercise routine!
